These are the rules for using OmniKhoj. By creating an account or using the portal you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What OmniKhoj is

OmniKhoj gives you one sign-in and one search across separate products. The products, such as MedFinder or OmniKhoj Space, are run by their own teams and may have their own terms, which apply when you use them. Omnikhoj runs the portal and the sign-in service.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• We do not yet check that an email address belongs to you, so do not rely on an account email as proof of identity.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

Using OmniKhoj

Please do not:

• break the law, or use OmniKhoj to harm, harass or deceive others;
• try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or probe or overload the service;
• send automated or very large numbers of searches or sign-in attempts;
• copy or resell the service, or pretend to be OmniKhoj or one of its products.

Information shown from products

Search results and product pages come from the products themselves and may be incomplete, late or wrong. For example, medicine availability or space listings can change at any moment. Nothing on OmniKhoj is medical, legal or professional advice. Check with the pharmacy, provider or product directly before you rely on it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep OmniKhoj running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop parts of it, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Ownership

The OmniKhoj name, logo and software belong to their owners. You keep what is yours; products and their users keep what they publish. These terms do not give you any right to use someone else's name or content.

Our responsibility

OmniKhoj is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or relying on what the products show, including loss from downtime, errors or third-party products. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using OmniKhoj at any time and ask us to delete your account. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership and our responsibility) do.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use OmniKhoj means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of not sure.
